Why Early Enrollment Matters
Early registration allows us to hire and train qualified staff members, develop engaging activities and programs, secure appropriate classroom space, maintain safe student-teacher ratios, and order all necessary materials.

Current Brent ES families
Families who previously attended Hearst ES during the 2024-2025 school
year or earlier.
- Enrollment prior to July 15: Your child will begin on the first day of school. Kindergarten-5th Grade: Monday, August 25 and Pre-K: Thursday, August 28
- Enrollment Black Out Period between July 16 to September 1. (No new enrollments will be processed during this period).
- Enrollment after September 1: Your child will begin attending 10 businessdays after enrollment steps are completed The exact start date will be confirmed by email.
New Brent ES families
CLS reserves spots for newly enrolled families accepted by the administration of the school after July 15.
- Enrollment prior to July 15: Your child will begin on the first day of school: Kindergarten-5th Grade: Monday, August 25 and Pre-K: Thursday, August 28.
- Enrollment between July 16 to August 25: Your child will begin on
Tuesday, September 2. - August 25 to September 1: No new enrollments will be processed during this period.
- Enrollment after September 1: Your child will begin attending 10 business days after enrollment steps are completed The exact start date will be confirmed by email.
Tuition fees, deposit and registration
- After you register and have paid the deposit, you’ll receive a text or email with instructions to set up recurring payments through Procare Tuition Express. If you already have a recurring payment method on file with CLS, no new authorization form is needed.
- Monthly tuition is due between the 5th and the 10th of every month, andyour initial deposit will cover your final month of tuition (June 2026)
- Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit to tuition
during the current school year

- You can use your existing Procare account to select and pay for your desired programming options
- If you don’t have a Procare account, use the Hearst ES link to enroll. Once
approved, you can sign up and pay for programs
